At Blend Hair Studio we require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or re arrange your appointment. 

If you do not allow this time we are unable to offer this appointment to anyone else there for you will be required to pay 50% of your service total or loose your deposit. You will be unable to make another booking until this has been paid. This policy is the same if you are running late, we understand lateness cannot always be avoided but please let us know if you are running more than 15mins late. If you are too late to your appointment or miss it all together you will be required to pay the 50% of the service total or loose your initial deposit as we have not been able to provide the service or offer it to anyone else. Any cancellations on the day of the appointment require 100% of the service to be paid.
